WHSAA requires annual training through the NFHS Introduction to Music Adjudication, for any individuals interested in certifying to adjudicate at district music festivals in the State of Wyoming.
This is a free online course (see below). Current adjudicators are required to complete the course each year. You must register on the site, but there is no fee.

Introduction to Music Adjudication
Certify to adjudicate in Wyoming by completing this online course brought to you by the National Federation of State High School Associations. Introduction to Music Adjudication is designed to provide an overview of festival adjudication and the best practices for most adjudicating situations. The skills taught in this course introduce and reinforce time tested guidelines and techniques that adjudicators of any level of proficiency have successfully used to adjudicate interscholastic music festivals and contests.
Adjuction training is only offered through this program. To be certified to adjudicate in Wyoming:
- Complete the NFHS online course.
- Adjudicator Certificates are submitted to the WHSAA automatically and will be added to the list of Wyoming Certified Adjudicators immediately.
