WMEA is now accepting application to exhibit at the 79th annual Wyoming State Music Education Conference and Wyoming High School All-State Honor Band, Orchestra, and Choir Clinic to be held in Cody Wyoming, January 18-20, 2026.

The exhibit areas for the 2026 conference will in the Main Corridor of Cody High School. This is located near the hospitality room as well as the rehearsal rooms for the high school clinics. The 300+ music educators and the 400+ All-State students will have easy and immediate access to your exhibits. In addition, the Collegiate NAfME students and their sponsors attend the conference; an excellent opportunity to develop relationships with tomorrow’s music educators.

Booth Pricing:

  • Each space entitles you to one 8′ x 10′ space & one 6ft table
  • First space = $85.00
  • Second Space = $75.00
  • Each Additional Space =  $50.00
