The Wyoming Symphony Orchestra’s 2026 Young Artist Competition, a great opportunity for young Wyoming musicians to perform as soloists with a professional orchestra.
Key Details:
- Eligibility: Ages 13–25; Wyoming residents or undergraduates at accredited Wyoming colleges/universities as of February 1, 2026. Two divisions: High School and Collegiate (Undergraduate).
- Auditions: August 15–16, 2026, in Casper, WY (location TBD).
- Prizes & Performances:
- $750 cash (High School winner) and $1,000 (Collegiate winner).
- Winners perform their concerto with the WSO in the 2026–27 season: High School on September 26, 2026; Collegiate on April 17, 2027.
