The Northwest College Jazz Festival is a non-competitive performance opportunity for vocal and instrumental jazz groups at all levels of proficiency. High-quality assessment and instruction will be provided by respected jazz educators in a positive and constructive learning environment. This festival encourages young musicians and teachers to grow through camaraderie and musical exchange. The day includes a concert with our headlining performers (see below).
The fee for registration must be paid online. Please have a card ready to enter payment info while registering. Fees are:
- $300 – Jazz Bands/Jazz Choirs
- $200 – Jazz Combos
Each registration includes:
a 20-minute performance slot followed by a 20-minute adjudication slot AND admission to the afternoon headliner concert!
The deadline to register is Monday, February 16th
Be sure to fill out both the Festival Registration AND the Band Setup Form or Vocal Setup Form for your group. Our stage/sound crew use the information on set up form to arrange the stage for your group and the adjudicators use it to select soloists.
