Exhibitors/Vendors

Prospective vendors and exhibitors are invited to submit applications for space at the 78th annual Wyoming State Music Conference and Wyoming High School All-State Honor Band, Orchestra, and Choir Clinic to be held in Cheyenne, Wyoming on January 19-21, 2025

The exhibit areas for the 2025 conference will in the Main Lobby area at Cheyenne South High School High School. This is located near the hospitality room as well as the rehearsal rooms for the high school clinics. The 300 music educators and the 400+ All-State students will have easy and immediate access to your exhibits. In addition, the Collegiate NAfME students and their sponsors attend the conference; an excellent opportunity to develop relationships with tomorrow’s music educators.

Please note that the exhibits will remain open over the lunch hour and that student musicians are scheduled to visit the exhibits throughout the day on Tuesday, January 20th. Set-up times are reserved for Sunday afternoon (1/19/25) with the official opening on Monday morning (1/20/25) and closing Tuesday afternoon, (1/21/25) at 3pm.

Please use our website to submit your online registration form. Forms and final payment are due December 1st, 2024. Conference details including shipping information, maps, and space locations will be sent out the first week of December to those who have reserved space.
