Exhibitor/Vendor Registration

 

WMEA22-1140x300_cPlease accept this invitation to exhibit at the 70th annual Wyoming State Music Conference and Wyoming High School All-State Honor Band, Orchestra, and Choir Clinic to be held in Cody, Wyoming, January 15-17, 2017.

The exhibit areas for the 2017 conference will be the commons at Cody High School, near the hospitality area as well as the rehearsal rooms for the high school clinics. The 300 music educators and the 400+ All-State students will have easy and immediate access to your exhibits. In addition, approximately 75 Collegiate MENC students attend the conference; an excellent opportunity to develop relationships with tomorrow’s music educators.

Please note that the exhibits will remain open over the lunch hour and that student musicians are scheduled to visit the exhibits throughout the day on Tuesday, January 17th. Set-up times are reserved for Sunday afternoon (1/15/17) with the official opening on Monday morning (1/16/17) at 8:00am and closing Tuesday afternoon, (1/17/17) at 3pm.

Please use our website to submit your online registration form. Forms and final payment are due December 1st, 2016. Conference details including shipping information, maps, and space locations will be send out the first week of December to those who have reserved space.

A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for those applications received after the deadline. WMEA lists paid vendors and their contact information on the Association website. We hope you plan to join us at the 2017 WMEA Conference in Cody and thank you for your support of music education in Wyoming.
